FIVE-DAY TRUFFLE ADVENTURE

It is said that white truffles don’t just flavor a dish; they elevate it to art. Rare, aromatic and unforgettable…if you love them, this trip could be your ultimate fantasy

Our trip begins at the world-famous Alba White Truffle Festival where you will experience everything truffle. This is an experience that every foodie dreams about. We then head to the Barolo wine region which will be our home base for the next five days. An authentically restored 15th century castle sits high atop a hill overlooking miles of vineyards, and a backdrop of the Alps. Each suite is unique, romantic, and remarkable. You will love this place! Our next four days will be filled with food and wine. Both being some of the best on the planet. We will go on a real truffle hunt, eat lunches and dinners at the absolute best, most authentic restaurants in the region, and we will drink wine! Lots of wine! We will visit some of the best wine producers in the Piedmonte Region.

In addition to being one of the best food and wine areas in the world, this area is strikingly beautiful. Ancient hilltop villages, endless vineyards and some of the nicest people anywhere, make this trip remarkable. After being fully immersed in the local culture, we will enjoy our last lunch together at the world famous, three-star Michelin restaurant, Piazza Duomo. Ron’s favorite restaurant in the world. After lunch, we will head to Milan where we will say Arrivederci…Until next time.
