A CHAMPAGNE FANTASY

Pop! It’s the unmistakable sound of a Champagne bottle being opened. It’s the ultimate symbol of luxury and success. We celebrate with it, we romanticize with it, we even launch ships with it! We will stay first at Les Avises, the home of Jacques Selosse, one of the most sought-after Champagnes on the planet. We will have dinner at their exclusive restaurant and drink lots of Selosse!

We will then move to the Royal Champagne for three nights. A magnificent hotel perched on a hill surrounded by Champagne vineyards. We will also enjoy dinner in their Michelin starred restaurant. We will spend our days with vineyard and winery visits at the most exclusive and most sought-after Champagne houses in the region. Think Krug, Dom Perignon, and Ruinart, as well as boutique houses that are so exclusive you probably have never heard of them (unless you are a dedicated Champagne geek!) All of these producers are closed to the public.

Each day will include a decadent lunch at either a Champagne house or one of the areas insanely delicious restaurants and of course a dinner that will blow you away!

For our last two nights, we will move to L’Assiette Champenoise, our favorite Champagne hotel that just happens to have one of our all-time favorite three-star Michelin restaurants. The perfect place to end our trip before we head back to Paris and say “Au Revior.”
